The CNY ATD Conference Planning Committee is responsible for creating and executing the CNY ATD Conference in October. This event brings together Learning and Development professionals from across Central New York and beyond.
This committee leads the end-to-end planning process, from shaping the conference vision and selecting engaging themes to coordinating speakers, sessions, logistics, and on-site experience. The result is a high-impact, energizing event that inspires learning, fosters connection, and showcases innovation in the talent development field.
The Conference Planning Committee welcomes dedicated volunteers who are passionate about event planning, professional development, and community building. Whether you have experience in logistics, programming, marketing, sponsorships, or simply a strong interest in supporting a major professional conference, there is a role for you.
