Learning Objectives:

Identify the two primary leadership board styles and the leadership "ingredients" they tend to naturally overuse, underuse, or overlook.

Explain the concept of leadership identity tension and describe how misaligned or overused ingredients can create internal conflict for leaders.

Analyze their own leadership patterns to determine which missing or underutilized ingredients could enhance their ability to influence and drive results.
