Leaders don’t follow titles—they follow strength, vision, and example. If you want to lead leaders, be a better leader than the ones on your team. Influence is earned, not given. Leaders ask: Do they respect me? Can I challenge and empower them? Create a growth environment where excellence is expected, people are valued, and dreams are team-sized. Invite them to the leadership table. Walk the high road—lift others, lead with integrity, and live the bigger picture. The speed and size of the pack will always reflect the leader. Everything still rises and falls on leadership.
