E-learning is increasingly becoming the ‘go-to’ solution for learning and development
as companies look to decrease costs and reach out to an expanding, global workforce.
It has also skyrocketed to the forefront of organizational needs with the
challenges that have recently been presented with working in a COVID-19 world.

The problem is that most of the e-learning that is out there is poorly designed, and quite honestly, boring!

Common missteps in approaches and techniques have learners simply clicking ‘next’
