Why proper training for trainers and presenters is important

Dual Role: SMEs as trainers
Bringing subject matter experts (SMEs) into the training process can be a good thing learning leaders can do. However, SMEs often do not understand that the delivery of information does not equal learning transfer.

Reality Check: Be a Powerful Presenter
Although knowledgeable and prepared, his message was cloaked with weak delivery. He wasn't a bad speaker, he was simply uncoached.

The CNY ATD Train-the-Trainer Program provides the skills to effectively deliver information.
