The Syracuse WC staff went through changing the culture in which they work with a comprehensive multi-week and multi-phase training plan led by leadership
Leadership completed just in time formal training with coaching and feedback from local Change Agents. Throughout, leadership celebrated impacted results that stemmed from quick adoption.
Training rolled out a series of 15 minute Learning Bursts (Huddle Guides) for leaders to introduce a newly enhanced performance support
Kicked off a project to create new performance support to support the compliance and jurisdictional nuances for every state doing WC business
Job Quest, a structured approach for mentorship and exploration opportunities within Claims, was redesigned and rolled out as a 6 month journey with over 500 participants

HR Training & Development took their "Learning Awareness Roadshow" to Oneida Nation Enterprise (ONE) locations: ONE employees had an opportunity to meet the HR Training & Development team, learn about the numerous employee development opportunities and products and services they provide, ask questions about the tuition reimbursement program, join their Toastmasters International club, sign-up for an Oneida Indian Nation Library card, learn more about the Oneida Indian Nation culture, and win prizes by playing ONE trivia.
HR Training & Development teamed up with the ONE Public Relations and 4 Directions Production team to create a video featuring employees speaking about their personal experiences in training and how it has benefited them in their careers
