December Class calendars distributed at a table near our Employee café, as well as information about how employees can register for classes on our intranet
Information about our tuition reimbursement program distributed/available to employees interested in learning more about it.
Two quizzes relevant to our Training classes were made available for employees to complete. Prizes were given to those who answered all of the questions correctly. Gave copies of “My Home” and “Raccoon & Crawfish” to the winners.
Displayed employee testimonials from our training classes on the Symon boards in the back of the house at the resort
Distributed index card size tip sheets to employees on topics that include: Safety, Communication Styles, Time Management, Change and Professional Image.
Table display included posters that have “The Oneida Way” shown, which are values all staff are expected to follow as employees of the Nation, as well as our Mission, Vision and Values.
